The usual referral journey

The existing user opens an invitation panel, shares the generated route and waits for the new user to register through that path. The programme then checks the qualifying action before updating the reward area.

Each stage should be visible: link created, friend joined, requirement completed and reward posted.

Explain the app before sending the link

A short personal explanation is more useful than an isolated URL. Mention the type of mobile lobby, where the new user can see the current rules and what the invitation programme asks them to complete.

This sets the right expectation and gives the recipient a reason to open the page on their own terms.

Track the invitation without collecting private details

Use the status shown in the referral panel rather than asking for passwords, OTPs or payment screenshots. A referral code, masked account name or programme reference is usually enough to identify the entry.

Why an invite may stay pending

• The new account did not begin from the shared route
• The qualifying action is not complete
• The event has an approval or update window
• The programme excludes duplicate devices or accounts
• The current campaign ended before completion

Make sharing useful, not repetitive

Choose a channel where the game can be explained in context. One accurate message to an interested person is more effective than repeated posts that hide the important details.
